India is a significant market for nut consumption, however macadamias are not well known at all. Jillian recently visited this vibrant country to learn more about the opportunity for macadamias. The whirlwind trip included pop-ups, home immersions, retail visits, research groups, and meetings with a range of very knowledgeable people in their fields – across Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.
